Prenatal FIT4BABY

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

FIT4BABY can be started at anytime during your pregnancy.

*This Spring we are offering TWO 8-week FIT4BABY sessions. Tuesdays 5:15-6:15am at APA in Apex (indoor location) & Saturdays 8-9am at Apex Community Park. Sessions begin March 19th & March 23rd.
