Prenatal Fitness Program: FIT4BABY (8 weeks)

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 8-week program includes weekly community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group, a weekly journal to document your fitness journey and access to the FIT4MOM On Demand app so you can get in workouts at home throughout the week.

FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health! FIT4BABY classes are held Sunday mornings at 10am at Parrish Womble Park in Holly Springs!

Fall Session September 18th- November 6th; $99

Cancellation policy FIT4BABY sessions are non-refundable. If you will be unable to attend your session, please email nicolenorris@fit4mom.com to ask about applying the cost of your session towards a credit for another FIT4MOM program.
