Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and stroller-aged children. It includes power walking with jogging options and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, yoga and barre methods with pre and postnatal Stroller Strides training.

Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts are a form of interval training alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this class. This 60-minute workout is the perfect cardio-based cross-training complement to Run Club, Body Back, or Stroller Strides / Barre. Bodyweight conditioning is performed between cardio sets for strength and stamina. You'll find yourself stronger, fitter, and faster the more you attend! This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule.


Body Back Transformation 8 Week Session $299Purchase required to enroll

Our Body Back Transformation class is a results-focused workout program designed for moms of all ages and fitness levels to help them get their body confidence back. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 high-intensity interval workouts per week, online at-home workouts, online motivation & support, nutritional guidance, and food journaling.

You may make up ONE Body Back class per 8-week session.
